# Create or open a workspace

> Open the correct organization workspace or request a new organization.

## Open your workspace

### Prerequisites

* You are an organization administrator or learning administrator.
* Your account has an active membership in the organization.

### Procedure

1. Sign in to ScaleApp Education.
2. Open the **Workspace** destination.
3. Confirm the organization name in the workspace header.

### Result

You can administer the organization features that your role allows.

## Open an organization workspace as a platform administrator

1. Open **Platform**.
2. Select **Organizations**.
3. Find the organization.
4. Select **Open workspace**.

### Result

ScaleApp Education opens the selected organization workspace and shows the platform workspace access banner.

## Request a new organization

If your organization does not exist, use the ScaleApp Education application process or contact `support@scaleapp.se`.
