# Sign in

> Sign in to ScaleApp Education and open your assigned destination.

## Purpose

Sign in to access your learning, workspace, or platform administration area.

## Prerequisites

* You have an active ScaleApp Education account.
* Your organization has assigned the required access.

## Procedure

1. Open [app.scaleapp.se](https://app.scaleapp.se).
2. Select **Log in** if ScaleApp Education does not detect an active session.
3. Complete the identity provider sign-in procedure.
4. Wait for ScaleApp Education to open your assigned destination.

## Result

ScaleApp Education opens the appropriate area for your role.

* Learners open **Learning**.
* Organization administrators open **Workspace**.
* Platform administrators open **Platform**.
* Users without assigned access can browse the public course catalogue.

## Troubleshooting

If you cannot sign in, confirm that you use the email address assigned by your organization. Then contact `support@scaleapp.se`.
