# Enroll learners

> Assign a course to one or more learners.

## Purpose

Use enrollments to give learners access to a course.

## Enroll a learner

1. Open **Workspace**.
2. Select **Enrollments**.
3. Select the learner.
4. Select one or more courses.
5. Set a due date when required.
6. Confirm the enrollment.

## Result

The learner can access the assigned course in **Learning**.

## Enrollment status

* **Assigned**: The learner has course access but has not started the course.
* **In progress**: The learner has started the course.
* **Completed**: The learner completed the course requirements.
* **Withdrawn**: An administrator removed the learner from the course.
