# Learner experience

> Understand the learner path from enrollment to completion.

## Learner path

1. The learner signs in to ScaleApp Education.
2. The learner opens **Learning**.
3. The learner selects an assigned or enrolled course.
4. The learner completes lessons and required assessments.
5. The learner receives a completion record and certificate when the course requirements are met.

## My Learning

The learner uses **My Learning** to continue active courses and review completed courses.

## Course player

The course player presents chapters, lessons, assessments, progress, and available course resources.

## Receipts

Learners can review self-service purchase records when they purchased a paid public course.
