# Platform billing

> Provision billing accounts and manage agreements and invoices across organizations.

## Purpose

Use platform billing to manage the billing records that support organization commerce.

## Billing accounts

Provision a billing account before an organization uses paid course offers or invoices.

1. Open **Platform**.
2. Select **Billing**.
3. Select **Accounts**.
4. Select **Provision billing account**.
5. Select the organization and enter the billing contact details.
6. Confirm the provisioning action.

## Agreements

Use **Agreements** to create and update commercial agreements for billing accounts.

## Invoices

Use **Invoices** to create, finalize, void, and review invoice records.

  Billing actions can create financial records. Review the organization, currency, amount, and status before you confirm an action.
