> Prepare useful information before you contact ScaleApp Education support.

Contact [support@scaleapp.se](mailto:support@scaleapp.se) when you cannot complete a supported task.

Include these details:

* Your organization name.
* The page URL.
* The time when the problem occurred.
* The action you attempted.
* A screenshot of the visible error, if available.
* The request or correlation identifier, if the product displays one.

Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment card data, or other secret information in a support request.
