# Course publishing

> Resolve common course publication and public visibility problems.

## A course does not publish

Check these items:

* The course has a title and language.
* The course has the required curriculum content.
* The publication status is **Published**.
* The course availability settings are correct.

## A public course page is unavailable

Check these items:

* The course uses public self-enrollment.
* The course version is published.
* The organization billing account is active.
* The course offer is active and available now.
* The course URL uses the current course slug.

## A shared link does not work

Copy the course link again from **Courses** > **Share course**. The copied link uses the current course slug.
