# Enrollment

> Resolve common learner enrollment and access problems.

## A learner cannot open a course

1. Confirm that the learner has an active enrollment.
2. Confirm that the course is available to the learner's team when team availability is used.
3. Confirm that the learner signed in with the enrolled email address.
4. Confirm that the course is published.

## A CSV import contains invalid rows

Review the import preview. Correct invalid email addresses, required fields, and course selections. Import the corrected file again.

## An enrollment has the wrong status

Review the enrollment details and the learner course activity. Contact support if the status does not match the recorded activity.
