# Sign-in and access

> Resolve common sign-in and access problems.

## You cannot sign in

1. Confirm that you use the email address assigned by your organization.
2. Complete the identity provider sign-in procedure.
3. Close old sign-in tabs and try again.
4. Contact `support@scaleapp.se` if the problem continues.

## You cannot open a workspace page

1. Confirm that you opened the correct workspace.
2. Ask an organization administrator to review your membership and role.
3. Sign out and sign in again after an access change.

## You see the public course catalogue

Your account may not have assigned workspace or learner access. Contact an organization administrator to request access.
