  • The course has the required details and curriculum.
  • The course has the correct enrollment policy.
  • A public course has an active offer when pricing is required.

Publish a course

  1. Open the course.
  2. Select Publishing.
  3. Review the publication requirements.
  4. Set the course status to Published.
  5. Save the publication settings.

Share the public course URL

  1. Open Workspace.
  2. Select Courses.
  3. Open the course action menu.
  4. Select Share course.
  5. Paste the copied URL into the required channel.

Result

ScaleApp Education copies the public course URL in this format:
Publishing does not override course availability, enrollment, pricing, or billing requirements.
