| Draft | The course is still being prepared. |
| Published | The course is available according to its enrollment and availability settings. |
| Retired | The course is no longer available for new learning activity. |
| Archived | The catalogue entry is no longer active. |
Enrollment status

| Assigned | The learner has access and has not started. |
| In progress | The learner has started the course. |
| Completed | The learner met the completion requirements. |
| Withdrawn | An administrator removed the enrollment. |
