Purpose

Use the public profile to control the organization catalogue page. The page URL has this format:

Procedure

  1. Open Workspace.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Public profile.
  4. Enable Publish organization catalogue when you want the page to be public.
  5. Review or update the public URL slug.
  6. Add a public description, contact email, and website when required.
  7. Select Save changes.
  8. Use the copy control to copy the full public catalogue URL.

Result

Visitors can view the organization page when the catalogue is public. The page shows only the public profile fields and eligible public courses.
Changing the slug changes the public URL. Update links that use the previous URL.
