Purpose
Use People to invite organization members and review existing workspace access.
Invite a person
- Open Workspace.
- Select People.
- Select Invite person.
- Enter the person email address.
- Select the required role.
- Send the invitation.
Result
ScaleApp Education sends an invitation to the person. The person receives workspace access after they accept the invitation.
Choose the minimum role
- Use Organization administrator for workspace administration.
- Use Learning administrator for course administration.
- Use Manager for team-scoped learning work.
- Use Instructor for assigned course delivery.
- Use Learner for learning access.
Do not assign an administrator role when a learner or instructor role is sufficient.
