Purpose

Use coupon codes to apply a discount to an eligible one-time course offer.

Create a coupon

  1. Open Workspace.
  2. Select Commerce.
  3. Select Coupons.
  4. Select Create coupon.
  5. Select the course offer.
  6. Enter the coupon code, discount, and schedule.
  7. Activate the coupon when it is ready.

Learner procedure

  1. Open the paid public course page.
  2. Enter the coupon code.
  3. Select Apply.
  4. Review the updated price.
  5. Continue to checkout.

Result

The checkout uses the validated discounted amount. ScaleApp Education does not apply an unvalidated coupon code.
