Purpose

Use SEO settings to control search and social-preview information for a public course.

Course slug

ScaleApp Education creates a unique course slug when it creates the course version. The public URL has this format:

Configure SEO metadata

  1. Open the course.
  2. Select SEO.
  3. Review the course slug.
  4. Add a meta title and meta description when required.
  5. Add Open Graph title and description when required.
  6. Set the indexing preference.
  7. Save the SEO metadata.

Result

ScaleApp Education uses the saved metadata for the public course page, social previews, and search indexing.
If you leave metadata empty, ScaleApp Education uses the course title and summary as fallback metadata.
