Purpose

Use a CSV import when you need to add or enroll many learners.

Prerequisites

  • You have a CSV file with learner data.
  • Each row contains the required learner email address.
  • You know which course each learner must receive.

Procedure

  1. Open Workspace.
  2. Select Enrollments.
  3. Select Import learners.
  4. Upload the CSV file.
  5. Map each CSV column to the required ScaleApp Education field.
  6. Review invalid, duplicate, and ready rows.
  7. Select the target courses.
  8. Confirm the import.

Result

ScaleApp Education creates the valid learner records and enrollments. The import result identifies skipped or failed rows.

Troubleshooting

Correct the reported CSV values and import the file again. Do not edit an existing learner email unless the email is incorrect.
